Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role involves providing nursing care across a variety of clinical situations, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality care in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and perform procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and potential side effects
- Respond to emergency situations, including performing BLS, CPR, and other life-saving interventions
- Participate in emergency response settings and support patient stabilization
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee or compact license (NLC)
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience OR
- Nursing degree (ADN, BSN, or higher) or diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license may be required
