· Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community-based residential settings
· Monitor Adult Residential Facilities for Persons with Special Health Care Needs (ARFPSHN) and specialized residential facilities to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
· Conduct audits of care plans, clinical documentation, and regulatory standards to ensure quality and consistency of services
· Perform post-placement follow-up and support resource development and whole-person assessment processes
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, residential staff, and community partners to support positive health outcomes
· Serve as a clinical resource to nursing staff and providers, offering guidance on complex health, safety, and care coordination needs
· Support community resource development and provide technical assistance to service providers and stakeholders
· Function in a primarily supervisory, audit, and clinical oversight role with no direct bedside responsibilities
