Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Berlin, Vermont (Central Vermont)

Schedule: 10 Hours Per Week (Flexible)

Employment Type: 1099 Contract

Setting: Inpatient Mental Health Facility

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate

• Perform history and physical assessments for new admissions by the next business day
• Provide medical consultations and follow-up care as requested by psychiatry staff
• Support and implement patient wellness initiatives in collaboration with the care team
• Attend administrative, medical staff, and educational meetings as directed
• Deliver comprehensive care within an inpatient psychiatric setting

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted license in Vermont or eligible for Vermont licensure
• Eligible for clinical privileges in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Experience with diverse patient populations preferred

• 25-bed inpatient mental health facility
• Located in Central/North Central Vermont
