Psychologist

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological assessment, treatment, and therapeutic support for individuals in an inpatient behavioral health setting. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and guide patient-centered treatment planning. • Conduct initial and annual psychological assessments, including testing, scoring, interpretation, and comprehensive written reports.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family formats.
• Maintain strong therapeutic alliances with patients and caregivers while facilitating treatment engagement.
• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical meetings and contribute to treatment planning decisions.
• Deliver psychoeducational and therapeutic programming for active treatment groups across the campus.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies, departmental standards, and HIPAA requirements.
• Recommend specialized evaluations and treatment approaches aligned with each patient’s master treatment plan.

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Active, valid license as a Psychologist from the Indiana State Psychology Board.
• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, clinical practice, ethical guidelines, and laws governing psychological services in Indiana.
• Ability to administer and interpret psychological assessments and apply findings to diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
