Role Summary

We are actively interviewing for a full-time Psychologist to join our team in Eureka, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and oversee psychological service protocols and interventions.
  • Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with county mental health agencies.
  • Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care for clients.
  • Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.
  • Assist with intake and eligibility reviews, including fair hearings.
  • Train and mentor staff and community service providers.


Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluation and assessments, including competency evaluations.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Training and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desired
