Join a collaborative, trauma-informed team providing recovery-oriented care to adults with serious mental illness (SMI), trauma histories, impulse-control challenges, and complex interpersonal needs. Core duties include psychological assessment, behavioral interventions, individual therapy, and group interventions within acute inpatient setting supporting safety, stabilization, and discharge readiness.
· Doctorate degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited college or university
· Current Georgia license to practice psychology and one year of experience at the lower-level Psychologist or equivalent. Note: License may be temporary, provisional, or permanent.
· Competency in providing services to diverse clients
· Experience working with psychiatric inpatients and individuals with Serious Mental Illness
· Excellent writing and organizational skills
· Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary teams
· Proficiency in psychological assessment
